The New Year will see the launch of our Enterkine Tasting Experiences – an intimate and unique series hosted in our Garden Room, celebrating exceptional cuisine and perfectly curated drinks pairings.
Each experience will spotlight one of three distinct themes: Whisky, Wines, and Champagne, presented in partnership with our house partner, Perrier-Jouët.
Our Tasting Experiences offer the perfect setting to enjoy with friends, family or colleagues – a relaxed yet elegant way to discover new flavours together.
We begin with our WINE | Enterkine Tasting Experience on Friday 30 January 2026, followed by our Whisky and Champagne experiences in March.

If you’re looking for a venue that is simply like no other, why not join us for our unique festive ‘Wedding Open Day’ on Sunday 7th December from 11am – 5pm.
Be the first to see the resort set up for the festive season and let your imagination run wild with what you could do with the venue on your special day. Kick-off off with a glass of bubbly or soft drink on arrival and let our experienced team showcase our unique resort including our stunning Oak and Glass Pavilion, Luxury Accommodation, and the chance to discuss our various packages available for your special day.
Incentives are available for January / February and midweek weddings. You’ll also get the opportunity to see latest plans for our world-class SPA that’s opening 2026 and hear more about our partnerships with Technogym, and Perrier Jouet Champagne.
